Time for a new look ... what do you think?

For a while now I've been wanting to change things up on my blog. I like clean and simple layouts with a little bit of color. Something that is easy to read and navigate.

Money is really tight right now, so I can't afford to pay a professional to do this for me. But I was determined to make it better.

I'm not an expert at html or css ... and my skills at graphic design are very mediocre. So after many hours of tinkering with code and trying my best at making a banner, I am happy to share with you my new blog.

What do you think? :)

    I like it. I couldn't have done anything like you have. I am proud of you. I did have to have Michelle design my blog and she is designing a new one for me for the blog because the DSP I have on my blog now is retiring and I couldn't have that. lol.... But I love the simplicity of yours. Good luck on the tour. I have already finished 3 of my 4 items. I am very excited as this is my first tour.

    Hi Raberta - I'm new to LNS, so I didn't see your "old banner" . . .but this one looks great!! I had to have Michelle Laycock and Heather Wright-Porto do my blog, as I'm VERY technologically challenged!! I was also happy to see that you're in Sacramento!! I'm in Roseville!     Wow! You have done a great job on your blog. I would like to do the same myself. The biggest thing is the time it takes to do it. Question? What program did you use to make your blog? Thanks.

    You did A FABULOUS JOB! I love it and DO find it easy to read! Because I am a bi-focal wearer, the blogs that have dark colored backgrounds or busy textures are hard for me to read. This is fantabulous!

    Looks good! Just one thing is missing, though (imho)... a place to subscribe to get emails when you update your blog. Any chance you'll be putting this in?
